三用紫外分析儀介紹
三用紫外分析儀采用石英玻璃紫外燈管及濾色片組成，兩組光源的波長(zhǎng)分別為254nm和365nm。光源經(jīng)濾色片即可用于實(shí)驗(yàn)，兩種光源既能單獨(dú)使用亦可同時(shí)混合使用。
本公司生產(chǎn)的三用紫外分析儀具有消耗功率小、熱量低并可延長(zhǎng)時(shí)間連續(xù)使用等特點(diǎn)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到國(guó)外同類(lèi)型產(chǎn)品的**水平。
一、用途：
在科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)工作中它是檢測(cè)許多主要物質(zhì)如蛋白質(zhì)、核苷酸等的必要儀器。
在**生產(chǎn)和研究中，可用來(lái)檢查**生物質(zhì)堿、維生素等各種能產(chǎn)生熒光藥品的質(zhì)量，它特別適宜作薄層分析、紙層分析斑點(diǎn)和檢測(cè)。
在染料涂料、橡膠、石油等化學(xué)行業(yè)中，測(cè)定各種熒光材料、熒光指示劑及添加劑，鑒別不同種類(lèi)的原油和橡膠制品。
在紡織化學(xué)纖維中可用于測(cè)定不同種類(lèi)的原材料如羊毛、真絲人造纖維、棉花、合成纖維并可檢查成品質(zhì)量。
在糧油、蔬菜、食品部門(mén)可用于檢查霉素（如黃曲霉素等）、食品添加劑、變質(zhì)的蔬菜、水果、巧克力、脂肪、蜂蜜、糖、蛋等的質(zhì)量。
還可用于公安部門(mén)的證件鑒別等。
二、儀器結(jié)構(gòu)：
本儀器采用波長(zhǎng)分別254nm、365nm的石英紫外線燈管各一組及濾色片組成。為層析板點(diǎn)樣、定位照明，座內(nèi)還裝有一根普通熒光燈。整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、輕便、零件通用性強(qiáng)、使用維修便捷。
三、技術(shù)性能：
1、紫外濾光片尺寸：50mm×200mm
2、燈管管壓：50V±10V。3、電源：220V±10% 50HZ
四、使用和注意事項(xiàng)：
1、連接上電源后，打開(kāi)“開(kāi)/關(guān)”點(diǎn)亮燈管，即可將被檢測(cè)的樣品放在燈下觀察分析，如果將儀器放置在暗室中或用黑布遮去亮光，效果更佳。
2、紫外濾色片不能和金屬物體碰擦，不能受力，表面應(yīng)保持干燥清潔，應(yīng)該常用酒精或乙醚等擦拭，防濾色片霉變。
3、操作人員使用時(shí)，應(yīng)將紫外線對(duì)準(zhǔn)樣品照射，避免照射到人體，*好戴上眼鏡，以免對(duì)人體造成傷害。

Four, use and matters needing attention:
